Water Proofing & Testing Services
Water intrusion troubleshooting is a specialty at O'Donnell Construction. We will perform a water test to identify and isolate the area(s) causing the leak(s). Once we have determined the cause, we will provide a written report on the found leak(s) and detailed plan to repair them and any damage pertaining to them. A signed proposal is required prior to performing the water test to ensure quality testing.
What is the Water test procedure?
Contractor will inspect the proposed job site to determine the source of the water intrusion.
Two technicians will be present with equipment and radios.
Different areas, beginning with at the lowest point, will be isolated to pinpoint the entry location.
Areas that will be tested will be determined depending on the location of the leak.
After leak is found contractor will discuss repair options with the owner.

California Earthquake Authority (CEA) homeowners insurance policies are issued through CEA Participating Insurers and can help rebuild your home if it suffers extensive damage from an earthquake. CEA also offers a Premium Calculator to help you determine insurance rates for your area.
All companies that sell residential property insurance in California are required by law to offer earthquake insurance to homeowners when the policy is first sold and then every two years thereafter.
